Christie is a seasoned global transformational business leader with over 14 years of work experience in the microfinance sector, she is a certified credit professional with expertise in microfinance and administration. As the Director of Finance and Administration at this noble institution, she oversees the financial management, human resource, organisational development, talent management and administrative functions of the organisation, which provides loans and financial services to economically active persons and marginalised groups in Ghana .

She is also responsible for ensuring the compliance, efficiency and sustainability of the operations as well as capacity building, recruiting and leadership of the staff team. Her previous place of experience were built at Francold engineering, performing the duties of an accountant, Dad Geoconsult Ltd as an accounts officer and also doubling up as the first female finance chairperson of the church of pentecost (Pentecostal International Worship Centre -Down Town Ofaakor Area).These experiences made her gain an exposure in accounting ,auditing ,budgeting and reporting.
